Purpose

The Enterprise Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting our sales team’s rapid growth, managing all the onboarding processes with possible enterprise clients, and assisting both with customer-facing processes and coordinating with Envato’s internal teams. They will own, maintain, and automate internal processes and communications.

What would I work on specifically?

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage and guide all vendor setup/procurement for future and renewing customers.
- Facilitate Enterprise customer activation and onboarding. 
- Work directly with customer procurement teams to identify and deliver setup needs.
- Coordinate with Envato finance to support customer invoices, reactivation and system updates.
- Communicate with Envato finance, legal, security and other internal factions to streamline customer setup and customer activation while maintaining good customer communication. 
- Define and integrate processes.
- Coordinate client management with Customer Support.
- Establish workflow KPI’s.
- Build reporting on all functions to identify bottlenecks, blockers, areas to automate and improve 

Required Technical Skills/Experience.
- +4 years of experience in sales development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrate good skills in negotiation.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Close.IO, and Salesforce.
- Ability to simplify complex tasks and processes.
- Quick learning in multiple systems.
- Experience in creating/pulling reports.
- Sales, and account management experience.
- Strong level of computer literacy and Excel knowledge.
- Excellent English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication.
