About the role
Envato is on a mission to become the world's most used and most loved creative companion. To get there, we must be relentlessly customer-led, data-informed, and strategic in how we grow. That’s where you come in.
As Senior Growth Analytics Manager, you will lead the Growth Analytics team—the central analytics team that partners closely with marketing. Our growth analytics team sits in our Strategy, Research and Analytics team. You’ll partner closely with the CMO and Heads of Marketing to define, measure and optimise how Envato acquires and retains customers. You’ll ensure our marketing efforts—from paid performance channels to CRM and brand—are grounded in rigorous, actionable analytics.
This role is a mix of hands-on analysis and impact, team leadership, and functional strategy. You’ll shape our marketing measurement approach, drive strategic clarity through analysis, deliver your own and coach your team on high-impact analytics, and partner cross-functionally to ensure data leads to action—working side-by-side with marketing partners day-to-day to provide the underpinning analysis to optimise campaigns, test incrementality, and turn insight into customer growth.
What you'll be doing
- Build and lead Envato’s marketing measurement strategy and execution, covering attribution, incrementality testing, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and marketing mix where applicable.
- Deliver frameworks and scalable analysis that underpin high-quality objective, x evaluation of marketing performance across all channels.
- Partner cross functionally to define success metrics, uncover key growth drivers, and inform decisions on channel mix and investment.
- Partner closely with marketing stakeholders on day-to-day campaign optimisation—providing rapid analysis, testing ideas, and learning fast.
- Act as a strategic partner, not just a reporter—co-create hypotheses, shape direction, and connect insights to action that shapes key growth decisions.
- Lead from the front—owning and contributing to high-impact projects while setting technical and analytical standards and being hands-on with complex analysis—you won’t just review others’ work, you’ll lead by example and contribute directly.
- Guide your team in applying advanced analytical techniques, balancing statistical rigour with commercial context.
- Collaborate across analytics, data and analytics engineering, and finance to ensure seamless measurement from infrastructure to insights.
- Build a high-performing team culture with strong rituals, clear priorities, and continuous people and capability development that help us scale smartly—not by doing more, but by solving once and solving well.
About you
- 10+ years in analytics, with extensive experience in growth, marketing, or performance analytics in digital businesses.
- Deep expertise in modern marketing measurement—you’re an expert in the “math of marketing”: attribution, incrementality, channel mix, LTV, CAC, ROAS.
- You’ve led marketing analytics in performance, CRM/lifecycle, content and brand—connecting the dots across them.
- Commercially sharp, technically hands-on—you excel at framing problems, running analysis, and landing the “so what.”
- Hands-on experience with SQL and BI/visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau), and appreciation and appetite for the way AI will evolve how we do analytics. Working knowledge of platforms like GA4, Segment, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager advantageous.
- Proven ability to scale an analytics team through clarity and consistency—solving problems once and embedding good thinking, not duplicating effort.
- Strong stakeholder instincts—you build trust, influence strategy, and collaborate across data, finance, product, and marketing teams.
- You role-model evidence-based decision making, and thrive working at a fast pace and creating clarity where others feel ambiguity—balancing experimentation with pragmatism.
- A thoughtful, inclusive leader who empowers your team and fosters a sense of purpose and performance.
