About the role 

Envato is undergoing significant change and we are looking for an agile and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (12 Month FTC), to support the leadership of our ANZ talent function. Blending a deep understanding of our teams with a values based approach to find the best talent across our hiring hubs, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment campaigns, not just filling positions but sculpting the future of our teams. This role will work across all of our teams at Envato so you can expect lots of variety and autonomy.

You'll also leverage your extensive business partnering experience to be the trusted advisor for our business stakeholders, guiding them with expertise and insight to make strategic talent decisions.

What you’ll do

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes by collaborating closely with business functions to deliver outstanding service including conducting thorough job briefings, proactively sourcing candidates, screening applicants, guiding the creation of assessments, conducting interviews, and skillfully negotiating offers
    • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and function leaders to deeply understand their team dynamics, goals, and unique talent
    • Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to the business based on market intelligence, talent demographics, competitor practises and emerging recruitment trends
    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop employer branding initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's reputation as an employer of choice
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize talent acquisition processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience
    • Lead or participate in talent acquisition-related projects and initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns, technology implementations, or process redesigns
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent acquisition service providers as needed
    • Develop and deliver training programs for hiring managers and interviewers on best practices in talent acquisition, interviewing techniques, and diversity and inclusion
    • Support the delivery of the people team strategy by participating in global projects and initiatives. 
    • Collaborate with the global talent team to design and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies that align with Envato's growth objectives

What you’ll bring

    • Extensive experience with end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, attracting and retaining top talent within a tech business (ideally 6+ years)
    • Ability to build trusting relationships to coach and guide our hiring managers through best practice recruitment processes
    • A creative mind to devise sourcing strategies that attract the best of the best across our hiring hubs
    • Social media savvy – you'll be an advocate for Envato and our talent team, showing off what makes us a great employer
    • Market trend advice – you'll support the talent team to provide market insights and talent advice
    • A trusted voice in our business, partnering with managers and leaders to understand their unique talent needs
    • A commitment to delivering the best candidate experience possible, where we always champion diversity and Envato’s culture
    • A continuous improvement mindset – always finding new ways to make us more efficient and effective
