Enveda is looking for a Senior Associate, Finance to join our team in Hyderabad!
The contribution you will make:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to execute general accounting activities and assist Operations and Finance teams in day-to-day operation. Do you have attention to detail with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts?
As a member of the India Operations team, you will report to the Manager, Finance.
You get to collaborate on:
- Produce error-free accounting reports
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Assist internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and maintain accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
- Liaise with our Financial Manager and Operations Manager to improve financial procedures
- Work closely with the purchase and inventory team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure effective usage and to avoid wastage of consumables.
- To raise purchase orders as and when required
- Maintain stock ledger
- Verify the supplier bills with purchase orders.
- Identification and maintenance of all material in store.
- To ensure quality & quantity of material.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
Who will thrive in this role?
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Finance. Experience in the Biotechnology/ Pharma Industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to details with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Work well within a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented start-up environment
- Ability to adapt and adjust in changing environment
