About the role
Envelio Inc. is growing rapidly in the U.S., and we’re seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy, driving market awareness of our solutions and ensuring consistent, impactful brand messaging across all channels.
In this both strategic and hands-on role, you’ll lead initiatives across brand, messaging, campaigns, events, and sales enablement, while building and managing a high-performing marketing team. You’ll work closely with U.S leadership to align marketing strategy with company goals.
We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and passionate about crafting compelling messaging that drives awareness and action. Your work will be pivotal in advancing our mission and fueling Envelio’s next stage of growth.
📍 This role is hybrid in Boston (Back Bay) with flexibility. Annual travel will be required for customer meetings and industry events. Remote based candidates on the East Coast will be considered.
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead the development and execution of Envelio’s go-to-market strategy across brand, messaging, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with U.S leadership to align marketing efforts with mid- and long-term business goals.
- Create and manage an annual marketing plan and budget, including setting goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, with clear ownership of initiatives and measurable impact.
- Partner with the Marketing team in our European HQ, US sales, product, and leadership to ensure full alignment across the customer journey.
- Design and implement marketing strategies & processes for the U.S business, including, but not limited to:
- Event planning and execution
- Campaign planning, tracking, and iteration
- Sales enablement content and lead generation
- Segmentation, persona development, and targeted messaging
- External communications and brand consistency
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Experience managing or contributing to multiple marketing specialties, such as product marketing, messaging, events, campaigns, and sales enablement
- Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, lead generation, and performance tracking
- Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Proven success building and managing a marketing team
- Based in or willing to work hybrid in the Greater Boston area
