Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for SAP SF Compensation Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and challenge business requirement and drive workshops
- Write and present the detailed functional specifications
- Validate development during qualification tests.
- Support the company's development team during technical design and development phase
- Support business team during UAT Tests
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills and able to relay information well in both written and verbal form
- Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with the team and Client stakeholders.
- Good to have skills: SAFe, Agile
- Must have skills: Business Analysis and Agile Knowledge
