Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for SAP SF EC for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Experience
- 8+ years of experience in HR/HCM projects
- Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Certification or experience in another SuccessFactors module
- Experience and knowledge of Employee Central (EC) including implementation strategies, data and reporting.
- Experience in Integration Centre, SuccessFactors APIs
- Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts
- Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
