What you'll be doing:
As the Connectivity Wholesale Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth with wireless reseller business, B2B transactions, and enterprise SIM/router vendors. You will develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain mid-market and enterprise end customers and large resellers, negotiate contracts, and optimize pricing and profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of complex selling scenarios in the Connectivity space, proficiency in current technologies and future trends for resellers of business based wireless solutions. 

Responsibilities & Tasks

    • Identify and engage key partners including Technology Partners, Advisor Channel, and Technology Resellers in order to execute strategic relationships according to the company’s business objectives.
    • Identify and gain access to decision makers and cultivate relationships in order to successfully position wholesale Connectivity solutions.
    • Lead discussions with partners and direct customers about strategic business objectives, develop and implement a business plan to align their needs with EPIC iO products/services
    • Perform short-term and long-range planning to increase product placement, customer satisfaction, and sales growth for long term result – achievement to create and sell profitable business to exceed gross profit target
    • Manage complex technology deals with typical sales of 3 months to a year
    • Leverage Lead Gen & CRM, Hubspot/SFDC, for operational and business efficiency
    • Leverage and partner with all resources across EPIC iO as One Team for success – inside sales, business development, customer success, product, marketing, finance, delivery teams, and the executive team
    • Travel to existing and prospective customers/partners with the purpose of sustaining and growing the company’s solutions 

Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in Selling Connectivity solutions in a wholesale role
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
    • Demostrated excellence in communication and negotiating skills are a must, with enterprise level customers and partners
    • Technical knowledge and ability to communicate across business departments (engineering, procurement, upper management) to negotiate large multi-million-dollar deals
    • Demonstrated ability to create and execute regional sales plans geared towards wholesale reseller business development, sales execution within a complex sales cycle
    • Detailed and extensive knowledge of sales cycles and stages, legal and contract documentation, managing end-to-end deals to completion and successful deployment
    • Capability to work with, plan with, and sell with technology and channel partners
    • Ability to travel within a geographic territory 60+% of the time

Desired Qualifications

    • Entrepreneurial/General Manager experience a plus
    • Experience utilizing Hubspot/SFDC CRM, extensive TEAMS (meetings, channels, and chat), along with Microsoft products like Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Company experience in wireless technology partner selling environment. Enterprise and Mid-market customer experience
    • Background in selling products and services into Resellers to end customers
