What we’re looking for:
-Own and drive the collections product requirements and process improvement charter across all collections touch points
-Partner closely with credit risk and design ops feedback mechanism and processes to existing policies to minimize
delinquencies
-Partner with business team to pilot and lead new ops tracks to improve top of the funnel
-Provide subject matter expertise in design of all internal collections processes
-Ensure timely tracking, reporting and delivery of all program tracks
Selection process & timelines :
