What the role will be accountable for:
Understanding the products deeply along with the product managers
Revisiting existing training content across products
Creating new training content wherever required
Creating a training evaluation framework
Creating a quarterly training plan across products
Training the CX team on respective product content as per the training plan
Conducting refresher trainings as per the quarterly training plan

Key requirements for the role:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the training domain, preferably in a Fintech
Team Player, will have to work very closely with TLs for training calendar & adherence
Approaches CX from a customer oriented mindset
Expertise in training tools will be an added advantage
