We’re scaling our Corporate Salary Accounts business and looking for a high-energy Relationship Manager to drive growth through B2B partnerships. This is a great time to join the team and help shape one of our fastest-growing verticals.

What you'll do:
-Acquire new corporate clients and onboard employees onto Fi’s salary program
-Drive lead generation through your network and outbound efforts
-Conduct product demos and presentations to HR/Finance teams and employee groups
-Own the end-to-end relationship post-acquisition — onboarding, activation, and engagement
-Deepen relationships with existing clients through targeted activities
-Liaise with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and ensure a smooth client experience 

What we're looking for:
2+ years of B2B sales or corporate acquisition experience (Banking/Fintech preferred)
Strong lead generation and relationship management skills
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and comfort with ambiguity
Excellent communication and presentation skills

This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
