What we’re looking for: 

An Office Admin & Experience Lead to own the day-to-day functioning of our Bangalore office and elevate the employee experience from the ground up. This is not your typical admin role. You’ll be at the center of it all—managing vendors, budgets, procurement, people, and the vibe. From fixing a sudden maintenance issue to brainstorming fun office setups, you’ll be the go-to person who gets things done, and done well. This is a high-trust, individual contributor role for someone who leads by doing, loves building systems, and finds joy in making things work better—for everyone.

What this role is all about:
Think of this as more than an Office Admin. You're the engine that keeps the space running and the soul that makes it feel like home. You'll be ensuring every workday at our Bangalore (Hoodi) office feels smooth, sorted, and joyful.

Your day-to-day will include:
Owning vendor management: From scouting and onboarding to building long-term relationships with reliable vendors (housekeeping, pantry, supplies, maintenance—you name it).
Procurement & budget management: Keeping an eye on every rupee and making smart calls on what to buy, from daily essentials to one-time setups.
Office operations: Ensuring everything works—from the coffee machine to air conditioning—by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Creating a great workspace: Making the office an energizing, safe, and welcoming space where people love to come in.
Getting hands-on: Whether it’s setting up a new printer or organizing a team lunch, you don’t wait—you do.
Managing support staff: Guiding housekeeping/security to ensure high standards of upkeep and professionalism.


What we're looking for:
6+ years of experience in office admin, workplace ops, or facilities—ideally with some experience leading small teams.
doer mindset—someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
Budget-smart and vendor-savvy—you know how to negotiate, compare, and choose what’s best.
A creative problem-solver—someone who can find quick fixes and long-term improvements alike.
Empathetic and people-first—someone who naturally tunes in to what employees need and proactively solves for it.
Based in or open to working from Bangalore – Hoodi location every day.

Selection process logistics & timelines :
