What this role is about: CRM Manager (Product Marketing)
The CRM manager is an integral part of our Product Marketing team. Our aspiration is to be one of the fastest growing and most useful fin-tech brands in the space and you will play a pivotal role in bringing this to life!
The Marketing team is an energetic team of brand and growth strategists, product marketing managers, content managers and copywriters. Your teammates come from creative agencies, news publications, tech and e-commerce companies.

What you will be doing:

    • Managing retention and engagement through 1:1 communication channels
    • Working with the Product Marketing Managers to develop calendars for communication across features and user segments
    • Managing the cross-functional calendar with content, design and ops teams to deliver on the comms calendar across Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp
    • Setting up and managing triggered and journey based communication across 1:1 channels
    • Managing the in-app communication across features
    • Executing the GTM strategy for new features for existing Fi user
    • Handling new projects to improve communication channels for reminders, due dates, etc.
    • Re-activating churned and inactive users through journey led communication
    • Running experiments on personalisation, identifying what content users want to see
    • Improving the process and strategy behind feature visibility for each user segment
    • Improving the ops process through automation and templatisation

You should apply if:

    • You are an independent thinker who loves developing relationships, driving results and has a strong execution focus. You have experience managing CRM channels and have a strong bias for getting things done.
    • You’ve worked on tools like Moengage, Clevertap or similar
    • You have hands-on experience working in cross-functional projects and show an intrinsic collaboration skills
    • You are data-driven and have a proven record of driving growth
    • You write good English, and can proof check
    • You’re a do-er - A self-starter who is able to iterate quickly and work well with a team. With excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • You’re looking for a start-up experience - You enjoy creating structure out of chaos.  You give attention to detail and are able to prioritize.
