At Fi Money, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can drive revenue through a mix of in-house calling teams, lead generation, and external DSA partners. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, has a strong sales mindset, and can scale acquisition channels while building repeatable processes.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Funnel Building
-Drive top-of-funnel acquisition through in-house teams, DSA partners, and external lead sources.
-Build and manage lead pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
-Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and increase lead quality.
Own & Operate the Calling Channel
-Lead and scale an in-house tele-sales team to maximize lead conversion and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
-Monitor performance metrics like conversions, productivity, and talk time.
-Implement sales scripts, incentive programs, and quality checks for consistent output.
Build & Manage the DSA Network
-Identify, onboard, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) across geographies.
-Design payout structures, compliance frameworks, and engagement models.
-Ensure DSAs deliver high-quality sourcing and align with business goals.
Own Revenue & Sales Outcomes
-Take full ownership of revenue targets across credit cards and personal loans.
-Run funnel diagnostics to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
-Align closely with product, credit, and marketing teams to drive growth.
Drive Sales Processes & Tools
-Set up dashboards, MIS, and performance trackers for real-time monitoring.
-Automate lead allocation, payout computation, and reporting workflows.
-Champion continuous process improvements to scale sales efficiently.
What You’ll Need
-At least 6 years of experience in sales / sales ops / channel management roles in lending, fintech, or banking.
-Strong experience in tele-sales or high-volume calling operations.
-Deep understanding of the DSA ecosystem and lead generation practices.
-Data-driven mindset — comfortable with funnel analysis, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards.
-Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
