EPM is growing, and we are seeking a Senior Servicing Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining servicing data, ensuring accuracy for analysis and reporting, as well as developing and distributing reports using Excel and PowerBI to provide insights into key servicing metrics. Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain servicing data, ensuring its accuracy and readiness for analysis and reporting. 
    • Develop, enhance, and distribute reports using Excel and PowerBI, focusing on portfolio performance and operational metrics. 
    • Coordinate transfers of loans for Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) sales, GNMA Early Buyouts, repurchase and scratch and dent transfers.  
    • Provide mortgage servicing reports, focusing on delinquency, default, loss mitigation, and loan boarding. 
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan data to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
    • Support various loan servicing activities, including processing document requests, conducting loan audits, and managing compliance with escrow and insurance requirements. 
    • Assist with managing the Loan Servicing mailbox by processing and researching requests, including document requests related to BK, FC, and Lien Notices, as well as Payoff Requests. 
    • Perform Loan Level Review of short sale and Deed-in-Lieu progress for monthly buyout dates. 
    • Upload GNMA Pool information to subservicer. 
    • Additional responsibilities related to business needs. 

Qualifications & Skills

    • High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 
    • 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience required. 
    • Prior experience in post-closing, insuring, or loan delivery preferred. 
    • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, including advanced formulas and data analysis. 
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 
    • Knowledge of home loans and residential mortgages such as conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, Non-QM loans, and loan products.
