With our headquarters in London, Chester and Los Angeles, the Equals Group is made up of three business lines and brands - Equals Money, FairFX and Card One Money. You will join a very close-knit, talented and supportive team from a variety of backgrounds, who believe that bringing different perspectives together helps us understand our customers' needs. Who you are

    • You have strong writing skills, with good attention to detail
    • Interested in Fintech, currency markets, macro-economic events and B2B marketing
    • An organised individual who is keen to learn
    • Has a customer-centric mindset, always focusing on solving customer needs
    • Able to perform under time pressure


    • Deliver B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns, assisting with everything from design, to copy, to data segmentation.
    • Report on results of email marketing campaigns
    • Assist with marketing automations to drive customer engagement
    • Work with multiple departments across the company to produce tailored campaigns for their customer base.
    • Perform competitor research and take learning for our own campaigns
    • Come up with ideas to enhance both our email marketing campaigns and automations and our wider growth efforts

Previous Experience

    • 1 year+’s experience in email marketing
    • Use of email marketing systems
    • Nice to have, but not a hard requirement: 
    • HubSpot use (or general CRM experience) 
    • B2B marketing experience
    • Experience within the finance sector

●Hybrid working arrangement where possible, which means that for some roles you will be able to work remotely for some days of the week. However, we still want employees to collaborate in person at both our London and Chester offices, and therefore, candidates will need to still be a comfortable commuting distance from either location for the days you are required to work from or come into the office.
