You will join Equativ at a key moment as we start our Japan operations and set up the founding team for the market. You will be a critical member to support our local ad operations force in order to help shape the future of Equativ Japan!
Key responsibilities
Traffic management incl. trading and troubleshooting (70%)
- Trade and optimize on campaign needs and execute to hit client KPIs
- Respond to urgent trading needs from clients and support them to identify the first level of troubleshooting issues and liaise with support teams for in-depth troubleshooting
- Effectively navigate through our Demand platforms (Curation Maestro and our internal DSP) for campaign optimization and troubleshooting when needed
- Maintain continuous communication with the Ad Operations team to achieve campaign goals
- Liaise with the supply team when additional traffic is required
- Create and update sitelists, ensuring accurate market inventory estimation
- Conduct regular discrepancy checks between platforms
Account management (30%)
- 2+ years of experience in managing ad trafficking, campaign delivery, and optimization for programmatic advertising campaigns
- Some prior involvement in technical integrations and data analysis
- Manage campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis for the campaigns in your batch
- Communicate with clients proactively in terms of campaign performance and work on incremental revenue generation and post-campaign analysis
About you
- Native Japanese and at least conversational English
- Some programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge
- Hands on DSP experience (especially DV360, TTD) is required; Japanese DSP experience is a strong plus
- 2+ years experience in ad operations (set up, troubleshooting, optimization)
- Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross functional teams
- A team player, a quick thinker and a fast learner to pick up the industry nuances
- Good knowledge of digital media, advertising technology and emerging trends
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
