Key Responsibilies: Account Management (60%)
- Onboarding customers to our platform and securing first activation
- Build relationships with our DSP partners, Curators as well as agency network contact points for Programmatic briefs and deals. This includes doing office hours in agencies, and conducting strategic weekly meetings to monitor platform adoption and scaling campaign spends across our demand-side solutions
- Support curators and agencies by executing briefs and coordinating with the supply team for inventory or strategic targeting
- Serve as the main post-sale client contact, coordinating with HQ on needs and feedback, while proactively managing performance updates, post-campaign analysis, and identifying opportunities for incremental revenue
- Manage end-to-end live campaigns, including setup, pacing, delivery, revenue optimization, and post-campaign analysis to drive repeat business
- Conduct QBRs with clients to drive client satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in ad operations systems, DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers, with experience managing complex projects involving technical integrations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
Trading and Troubleshooting (40%)
- Become the initial curation platform expert through in-depth knowledge of the tool’s features and capabilities as well as knowledge you will transfer to your team
- Trade and optimize on campaign needs and execute to hit client’s KPI
- Respond to urgent trading needs from clients and support them to identify the first level of troubleshooting issues
- Liaise with support teams for in-depth troubleshooting
About you
- Strong programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge
- Hands on DSP experience (especially DV360, TTD) is required
- 7+ years experience in ad operations (set up, troubleshooting, optimization) with a proven track record in creating new delivery set ups and consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross functional teams
- A team player, a quick thinker and a fast learner to pick up the industry nuances
- Good knowledge of digital media, advertising technology and emerging trends
- Existing network in SEA agencies or supply-side is a must
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization in both native English, another Asian language is considered a plus
