We are looking for a Clinical Strategy & Ops Manager to drive a culture of innovation and improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have passion for translating data to drive outcomes. This role is a mix of strategic and execution oriented requiring the ability to use data to identify opportunities and bring others along to implement change. This person needs to understand the big picture of Equip and the Clinical team’s business levers while diving deep to understand the existing processes to identify sustainable changes with the needed mechanisms in place to ensure process adherence and quality. 

This role is a fit if you love taking a complicated problem, decomposing it, analyzing data to build a compelling case for a solution, and making it happen.
 

Responsibilities:

    • Analyze large quantitative and qualitative datasets  quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations for Equip
    • Build and optimize processes and systems for 10x scale: you’ll help build efficiencies into our teams, processes, and systems to unlock Equip’s next phase of hyper-growth
    • Conduct continuous reviews of Clinical data and workflows to understand sources of deviation / opportunities for improvement and propose solutions
    • In partnership with Clinical leadership, build and prioritize an annual roadmap of initiatives that streamline ways of working and workflow standards
    • Prioritize work to maximize value creation and focus toward the most impactful scope of work, balancing long-term solutions and quick wins
    • Execute strategic initiatives by conducting research, building data-driven models, presenting insights recommendations to leadership, and drive the initial implementation of those recommendations

Qualifications:

    • 5 years experience in healthcare consulting or operations / transformation
    • Degree and / or equivalent experience in business, finance, or operations
    • Experience working with large data and diverse data to deliver actionable analysis and translate that to insights
    • Bias towards action with experience implementing and leading transformative initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders with excellent stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for detail
    • High tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and “getting to the answer” without a traditional starting point and demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment
    • Intellectual curiosity and courage to challenge status quo; always leading the mandate for continuous improvements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in developing presentations and action-oriented analysis to influence others
    • Bonus points for knowledge of SQL and experience in process improvementWilling and able to travel to domestic locations as required
$110,000 - $125,000 a year
The pay range for this position in the US is $110,000 - $125,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are open to compensation negotiations. This role can be located anywhere in the US.
