About the role 
The Channel Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and growing relationships across our strategic partner and payor referral channels by scoping opportunities, building programs, and working closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive a cohesive strategy for increasing referrals. The Channel Partnerships Manager will be a hands-on, entrepreneurial, sales-oriented team member who is capable of establishing and fostering  external relationships that drive patient referrals and support Equip’s growth objectives. Serving as a change agent at Equip, this role must build and maintain an excellent working relationship across teams including, but not limited to, Marketing, Patient Acquisition, Data & Analytics, Product, and Enterprise Growth, by devising successful growth strategies for our business. 

Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Commercial leadership to refine the strategy and goals for Equip’s strategic partner and payor referral channels.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the identification, structuring and nurturing of strategy partner and payor relationships to achieve and exceed assigned referral targets. 
    • Own, expand, and enable existing relationships while establishing net new relationships, nurturing them to achieve shared goals, proactively assessing needs on an ongoing basis, and coordinating the involvement of internal partners as necessary. 
    • Serve as an internal evangelist by developing go-to market plans including joint value propositions with clinical teams to ensure awareness and collaboration. 
    • Facilitate, develop, and manage channel enablement including training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position our services and/or refer patients to equip. 
    • Proactively identify and manage potential conflicts with other referral channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally. 
    • Collaborate with Marketing to drive the creation and utilization of collateral as well as demand generation programs and campaigns that successfully drive referrals. 
    • Create systems of work to ensure accurate tracking and reporting across platforms. 
    • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in roles responsible for generating revenue growth, including managing channels and/or partnerships. 
    • Demonstrated experience in account-based marketing and B2B growth. 
    • Direct experience working in healthcare, ideally with payors, with a preference for experience in a startup environment and/or a company providing virtual mental health services. 
    • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data cleanliness and accuracy. 
    • Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally and build productive relationships internally and externally. 
    • Strong decision making skills and possesses sound judgment. 
    • Self-starter who thrives when given autonomy, possesses tremendous drive, obsesses about achieving goals, and is relentless in pursuing them.

Physical Demands

    • Work is generally performed from home with limited ability to travel required. This is mostly a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
$110-130k base salary with generous additional bonus potential.
