Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) is seeking survey analysts to join our team in providing a range of services related to survey data collection and verification. The work will primarily be for the Department of Labor (DOL), Wage and Hour Division (WHD). DOL WHD directs and coordinates the determination of prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act. Survey analysts will help collect, review, and validate data submitted in response to the wage rate data gathering efforts targeted at the construction industry. The work will involve data entry, cleaning, and verification, answering a telephone/email helpline, and performing quality control/quality assurance activities. 

Job Description:

    • Members of the team collecting, reviewing, and validating data in response to the wage rate data-gathering efforts targeted at the construction industry
    • Data entry, cleaning, and verification
    • Answer a telephone/email helpline to assist survey respondents
    • Perform quality control/quality assurance activities
    • Participate in additional projects for the Davis-Bacon Act as requested

Qualifications and Skills:

    • At least an associate degree
    • Self-motivated
    • Detail-oriented
    • Ability to familiarize with numerous protocols and think critically about when/how to apply them
    • Data cleaning experience, customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel is desirable
    • Ability to obtain low-level security clearance
$21 - $23 an hour

The salary range for all positions depends on the years and type of experience.
