We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Intermediate Project Manager to join our team!
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Montreal. If you’re bilingual (English/French), have3-5 years of experience in project management, and are passionate about driving results and fostering teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute: Prepare and update project management plans and schedules.
- Collaborate & Mitigate: Work directly with team members to enhance communication, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Deliver & Manage: Ensure timely project deliverables within assigned budgets, maintaining logical timelines, checkpoints, and resource allocation.
- Lead & Coordinate: Manage team dynamics, coordinate day-to-day tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Facilitate Meetings: Schedule project meetings, develop agendas, lead discussions, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks in collaboration with Senior Consultants.
- Monitor & Alert: Track project timelines, forecast variances, and provide early warnings to the team.
- Document & Review: Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), conduct postmortems, and compile recommendations for future improvement.
- Customer Focus: Ensure the team’s overall responsiveness to customer requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Location: Montreal-based candidates only (remote position).
- Languages: Bilingual (English & French).
- Experience: 3-5 years in project management, with a proven track record in planning, communication, and delivery.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
