Hiring: Project Control Officer (PCO) – Mauritius

Are you passionate about numbers, project performance, and helping teams stay on track? We’re looking for a Project Control Officer (PCO) to join our team in Mauritius and play a key role in driving financial visibility, time tracking accuracy, and project profitability.
As a PCO, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to monitor budgets, track performance, and ensure projects deliver on time and within cost.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor and report on project financial KPIs including profitability, budget variance, cost-to-complete, revenue recognition, and margin performance.
- Create and update project financial dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time insights.
- Perform cost tracking & budget control, flagging risks early and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare financial forecasts for revenue, costs, and cash flow, conducting variance analysis when needed.
- Oversee project billing to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Manage time tracking processes, validating timesheets and ensuring billable vs. non-billable hours are accurately reported.
- Support resource allocation in alignment with project needs and budget constraints.
- Monitor project performance across schedule, deliverables, and utilization.
- Track and report on risks and issues impacting financial or delivery performance.
- Prepare clear, insightful status reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and governance standards.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers in financial and time tracking operations.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in project financial management, controlling, or PMO support.
Strong analytical skills and ability to spot trends, risks, and variances.
Proficiency in Excel, financial dashboards, or ERP/project management tools.
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and billing cycles.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and reporting skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
