Escale just closed a R$87 million round of investment led by QED Investors and Invus Opportunities, in addition to original investors. So we are looking for a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to join us on our mission to break down paradigms and lead Escale to the next level!
We are seeking to consolidate and expand to many industries, and for that we will rely on you!

Skills & Main responsibilities
You are a Data Champion o/
● Construct financial modelling for future partnerships, prepare Intelligent reports and present results to our CEO, Co-Founder and our team.
● You will gather information from target companies and industries experts. Continually driving more data-based decision-making to the Strategy Partnership team.
● Very strong at excel modelling of business plans, creating assumptions, understanding key financial levers and sensitivity.
● Lead qualitative research (Interviews, one-on-one convos) to understand major industry and company-specific trends/changes.
You are a deal-closer ;)
Play a key role in the Strategy Partnership team, working at the late stages to help negotiate and give important data for the team to close important deals.
Experience in Telecom, Health Care or Consumer Finance are definitely great highlights!
