This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations for our 4 offices across the globe. We have offices in Rio, Seattle, San Francisco and Palo A lot currently and are growing quickly into many more markets. We have multiple corporate apartments in Seattle, Rio and Palo Alto. The size of the company is approaching 200 people in size. 

Primary Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee multiple people across offices remotely
    • Manage the P&L for operational expense by location (for 4 locations currently and growing)
    • Assist everyone on the team with challenges, committed to finding and/or providing helpful solutions
    • Keep everyone on the team comprised of changes or updates that may affect their day to day work
    • Oversee infrastructure needs related to desk space and workflow, aligning capacity with hiring needs
    • Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
    • Manage numerous internal and external requests under deadline pressure

Requirements

    • 4 -year college degree
    • 3-5 years of work experience
    • Operational experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Thoughtful decision making skills and the ability to take action without direction
    • Entrepreneurial mindset – a drive and passion for building something from the ground up
    • The ability to assess the needs of the team and the organization as a whole
    • Great people skills – high degree of empathy and great communication
    • Great organizational skills
    • Very detail oriented
    • Ability to work well in constantly changing environments
    • Resourcefulness and forward-thinking with a drive to be your best self
    • A drive and passion for operational excellence
    • Very helpful to have:
    • Working knowledge of scaling a company across the globe
    • Experience opening new office locations and/or buildings across the globe that required full construction projects
    • Working knowledge of how to meet compliance requirements in new markets
    • Corporate housing management experience
