This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our Seattle office (opening May 1)! The opportunity here is unique in that this person will be the only point of contact in Seattle from the People Team helping to run, manage and build out operations in this new office.

Primary Responsibilities

    • Establish and manage vendor relationships (i.e. BlueStar, Eden, equipment, IT and network solutions, corporate housing, electricians, Cater2Me).
    • Create systems to ensure the office runs well and effectively
    • Manage the reception and greeting of guests (candidates for open roles, business relationships, etc)
    • Go-to point person and internal resource for special event planning
    • Coordinate and manage all logistics for company off- sites
    • Coordinate conference room scheduling for everyone in the office
    • Complete daily walk-throughs of the office to ensure everything is neat and tidy
    • Work directly with facilities lead to trouble shoot Zoom (video conferencing system) as needed
    • Basic IT knowledge is a plus!
    • Turn on our video conference system in the morning and keep it up and running throughout the day
    • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and upkeep throughout the day
    • Coordinate daily catering to ensure meals run smoothly

Requirements

    • 1-2 years of work experience
    • Great people skills – high degree of empathy and great communication
    • Great organizational skills
    • Very detail oriented
    • Ability to work well in constantly changing environments
    • Resourcefulness and forward-thinking with a drive to be your best self
