eShares Investor Services provides portfolio management tools allowing investment firms to monitor their investments and communicate with their investors. Onboarding Managers facilitate customer implementation after the sales team closes a deal and continue to work with customers post-implementation to maintain account accuracy and user engagement.

Our mission is to consolidate private company ownership onto one common electronic registry, and bring a wealth of financial services—previously reserved only for public companies—to all privately held companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Support new clients in onboarding them onto eShares
    • Facilitate account updates with current clients
    • Increase user engagement by introducing new features to customers
    • Constant communication with accounts on status of the onboarding
    • Troubleshoot and support user issues
    • Quality check and assurance of importing data
    • Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding workflows
    • Participate and/or lead strategic initiatives as they arise
    • Work day to day with product and engineering team to improve product and add features requested by customers

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Highly organized and detail oriented team player
    • Prioritize effectively and execute in a rapidly changing environment
    • Strong people skills – high degree of empathy and great communication skills
    • Ability to deal with uncertainties and ambiguous situations
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality as required by customers
    • Interest in venture capital/private equity and private market liquidity
