Office Manager - Palo Alto

We're looking to hire an Office Manager to manage the operations of our growing Palo Alto office!

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Project manage vendor relationships (i.e. BlueStar, Eden, equipment, IT and network solutions, corporate housing, electricians, Cater2Me).
    • Create systems and processes to ensure the office stays organized
    • Manage reception
    • Go-to point person and internal resource for special event planning
    • Coordinate and manage all logistics for company off- sites
    • Coordinate conference room scheduling
    • Complete daily walk throughs to ensure the office stays neat and tidy
    • Work directly with facilities lead to trouble shoot zoom (video conferencing system). Basic IT knowledge is a plus!
    • Turn on our video conference system in the morning and keep it up and running throughout the day
    • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and upkeep throughout the day
    • Coordinate daily catering to ensure meals run smooth


    • 1-2 years of work experience
    • Great people skills – high degree of empathy and great communication
    • Great organizational skills
    • Very detail oriented
    • Ability to work well in constantly changing environments
