Evangelist (Account Executive)

We're looking for ambitious, driven, yet humble people to join our sales team. The ideal candidate would have between 2-4 years of sales experience. Previous SaaS sales experience welcomed not required. Our evangelist teams have diverse sales, educational and professional backgrounds including engineering, bio-tech, public accounting, tax, liberal arts and many others.
New hires will be trained on the "eShares sales technique," which involves systematically, sequentially, and methodically guiding and educating prospective clients through each aspect of the eShares platform so that they are prepared to have a seamless, high-quality experience joining our platform and using our software. All new Evangelists start in SMB and progress to Mid-Market and Enterprise as they become more proficient over time.
We disagree with the way most sales organizations function. We believe in honesty, transparency, and educating customers above all. Our ideal candidate will have high IQ, but also importantly high EQ (emotional intelligence).
SMB evangelists will receive training on eShares software, private market finance, and equity administration along with ongoing training in consultative sales, client management, negotiation and sales operations. OTE starts at $109,000 and increases to $159,000 as Evangelists progress to enterprise sales.
