Ready to make connectivity from space universally accessible, secure and actionable? Then you’ve come to the right place!

E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. We are building a highly-advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space system that will fundamentally change the design, economics, manufacturing and service delivery associated with traditional satellite and terrestrial IoT systems.

We’re intentional, we’re unapologetically curious and we’re 100% committed to innovate space-based communications and deliver actionable intelligence that will expand global economies, protect space and our planet and enhance our overall quality of life.

We are seeking a high-performing Project/Industrial Engineer with deep aerospace experience to lead the industrialization and factory readiness efforts for next-generation aerospace hardware. This individual will serve as a force multiplier for leadership, owning tactical constraint removal, workstation and line setup, metric-driven process optimization, and the introduction of engineering design changes into the production environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable working across design, manufacturing, quality, and operations, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — brings floor-forward, get-things-done leadership.

    • Lead factory readiness for new aerospace hardware, including line layout, tooling integration, MES activation, and workstation setup.
    • Interface daily with design and manufacturing to resolve operational constraints and enable schedule acceleration.
    • Develop, track, and improve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metrics at the workstation and program level.
    • Implement and maintain issue escalation systems and tiered accountability structures, leveraging digital tools to track and resolve constraints.
    • ·Integrate engineering changes into the line while maintaining configuration control and minimizing disruption to production.
    • Develop onboarding/training materials for support teams and new hires, aligned with lean principles and standardized processes.
    • Partner with site leadership to drive project execution cadence, set realistic forecasts, and communicate performance to schedule.
    • Participate in or lead MRB and nonconformance resolution activities as required.

What you will bring to this role:

    • Hands-on experience with production ramp-up, constraint removal, and factory floor execution.
    • Deep knowledge of aerospace production systems, quality management, and configuration control.
    • Demonstrated ability to build digital systems or dashboards for production tracking and issue resolution.
    • Familiarity with MES, torque traceability, ERP, ESD/grounding practices, and manufacturing line safety.
    • Strong cross functional communication
    • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints frameworks is a plus.
