Senior Program Manager

years of experience: 8-12 years

Lead program & project concept definition and execution - Cross functional technical and functional teams.
Lead collaboration across organizational boundaries to build end to end products that delight our customers.
Define and scale processes to help the Prod Eng organization achieve process maturity.
Strong working knowledge of Jira and Agile methodology.
Dive deep into the technology and data to develop and validate the right technical solutions.
Enhance the project management processes, tooling, and templates to improve the operating model maturity of a Product Engineering organization.
Facilitate technical trade-off decisions discuss and present technical matters with Commercial stakeholders and commercial matters with technical people.
Manage relationships with key partners or vendors be able to drive and explain your team’s analysis to executives be comfortable operating with uncertainty, know how to create order from chaos Build credibility and buy-in from teams without authority.
