Join Esper's fast growing company as a Strategic Sales Executive to build our Public Sector market. Esper is a cloud-based software platform designed to streamline its regulatory review process and update regulations in a collaborative, transparent, and data-driven way.

Looking for:
A motivated software sales executive, who can drive business by presenting solutions to problems with automation and technology. Should be able to express thought leadership and gain credibility, build strong relationships and add to the growth of our customer base at Esper.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territory and target market.
Secure and attend productive virtual or onsite meetings with key decision makers of public sector agencies to gain information pertaining to their business needs and current environment.
Drive new government deal growth from lead to deal close.
Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting and account development
Communicate Esper value propositions and solutions effectively
Conduct presentations to government leaders, key decision makers and partners with ownership of follow-up actions
Serve as the point of contact within a named territory for presentations, client calls, and proposal drafts.
Represent Esper at trade shows and events as needed.
Stay up to date with new product knowledge, technology, services, standards, and industry developments in SLED markets.
Meet quarterly and annual sales goals set forth by the company.

5+ years of solution sales experience managing complex sales processes with demonstrated territory ownership and quota achievement.
Track record of consistent success in quotas, revenue goals and the ability to effectively identify and sell to high-level executives.
Experience in SLED government sales, business development, or account management.
