Role Overview
We are hiring an Eternal Health Clinician for our Care Team. This person will bring advanced medical expertise and a passion for proactive health management to our members. This is a dynamic virtual role where we provide members with personalized strategies that enhance their health, performance, and longevity. As an Eternal Health Clinician, you’ll represent the forefront of medical innovation, working alongside coaches, nutritionists, and performance experts to build an integrated care experience. As we are at an early stage you will play a key role in designing clinical workflows that scale with Eternal as we grow. Responsibilities
- Provide personalized medical care to athletes and active individuals, tailoring strategies that optimize health, recovery, and performance.
- Conduct in-depth medical assessments, interpreting lab results and diagnostics to create actionable health plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, integrated care that addresses every facet of a member’s health and performance journey.
- Empower members with education and guidance on performance, recovery, and longevity.
- Assist in refining clinical workflows and systems that support exceptional care delivery.
- Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging the latest advancements in health and performance medicine.
- Be a trusted voice in the care team, contributing to roundtable discussions and brainstorming sessions with our coaches, nutritionists, and subject matter experts.
- Slow, small, panel-size growth. You will start at less than 50 members, and never carry more than 200-500.
The Ideal Doctor
- Experience: You bring at least 4+ years of clinical experience, preferably with a focus on one ore more of the following: internal medicine, sports medicine, women's health, and preventive health.
- Driven by active patients: You understand the unique needs of athletes and active individuals and are passionate about helping them achieve their best.
- A collaborative innovator: You thrive in a team setting, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance care delivery.
- Data-driven and forward-thinking: Interpreting labs and diagnostics (DEXA, aerobic output data) to craft personalized health strategies is second nature to you.
- A lifelong learner: You stay up-to-date with the latest literature relevant to our members, spanning areas such as general medicine, cardiology, women’s health, endocrinology, and sports performance, among others.
- Bonus: You are an avid, passionate, athlete.
Qualifications
- Active healthcare licensure (MD, DO) in New York and/or California.
- Completion of an ACGME approved residency in any of the following: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics-Gynecology.
- Current DEA Registration.
- 3 Professional References.
- Steeped interest in human performance, athletes, and health optimization.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and system-building.

$245,000 - $270,000 a year
