We are hiring a part-time DXA Technician to oversee the DXA component of our in-house assessment process at our New York facility. This role is pivotal in delivering precise body composition and bone mineral density insights to our members, seamlessly integrating DXA data into our health and performance ecosystem.

What You'll Do

    • Administer and oversee DXA scans, ensuring proper setup, execution, and data collection in accordance with New York state regulations.
    • Maintain a high standard of member education, explaining the DXA process in a way that is engaging, informative, and actionable.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient data integration, maintaining data hygiene and implementing DXA results into our internal athlete management system in a structured, reliable manner, while collaborating with performance and medical teams to ensure data is contextualized within a holistic health framework.
    • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and compliance, ensuring all DXA operations adhere to state licensing requirements.
    • Contribute to a top-tier member experience, bringing enthusiasm, knowledge, and a proactive problem-solving approach to every interaction.

What You Bring

    • Licensed Radiology Technician (required) per New York state regulations for Dexa operation.
    • Experience running Dexa body composition and bone density scans in a clinical or performance setting, ideally with a Hologic Wi machine.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to balance technical precision with an engaging, high-touch member experience.
    • Passion for health, performance, and longevity, with a natural ability to connect with athletes and active individuals.
