We are looking for an outcome-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team in Brooklyn!

As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will work across all performance channels (display, app, search, paid social, and video). You are accustomed to managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns, translating strategy into concrete plans with agencies and internal partners, and executing those plans to reach Etsy buyers around the world.

This is a full-time position located in Brooklyn, NY.

About the Role

    • Supports Etsy’s global growth marketing program towards ambitious performance goals around return on lifetime value and habitual buyer creation
    • Manage external agencies and technologies effectively; maximizing service/offerings and recognizing needs for strategic guidance/gaps in internal resources
    • Deliver reporting, insights, and forecasts that accurately and appropriately measures channel performance on a daily through annual basis
    • Partner with marketing team members to develop integrated efforts across channels, such as holiday campaigns
    • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional partners to strengthen the performance marketing program, such as feed optimization with engineering
    • Stay on top of the always-evolving digital marketing landscape, from industry news to emerging technology

About You

    • Requires 2-4 years experience specifically working in paid digital media interfaces optimizing large-scale PLA, SEM, app download, paid social campaigns to ROI targets for consumer brands
    • Experience with AppsFlyer, and using paid media to drive app installations and engagement
    • Have strong critical thinking skills coupled with a bias towards action so as to anticipate and navigate the constantly changing marketing landscape
    • Natural collaborator who is able to align stakeholders and drive decision-making
    • A passionate member of the Etsy community and someone who believes in Etsy’s vision, mission and values.
    • Bonus if you have familiarity with bid management tools (ex. Kenshoo, Marin, etc.)
    • In-house experience a plus, where you have learned to be resourceful by building positive relationships across the company
