Last year at Eventbrite organizers created 3 million events and we processed 150 million tickets. Behind all of those tickets and events is a number of teams working together to keep our product scalable and available as we grow.  Our goal is to be the global platform for live experiences.

Our team is part of our internal tooling area, where we provide our cross functional Eventbrite peers tools and processes to improve their ability to serve Eventbrite’s customers. We are responsible for building out APIs, cross platform integrations, and making our product permissioned and usable at the right levels internally.  Our first customer is our CX team which is our customer support team.  Their current tools barely integrate with our platform and we are looking to bring our engineering teams closer to all our customers.
