THE ROLE

The Front End Designer plays an essential role in creating authentic experiences for our creators. We are seeking an experienced, detail oriented front end designer who has a passion for creating highly refined digital pages that are visually striking and technically advanced. You will work to Improve our speed to market velocity when building HTML-based pieces of content, while working to uplevel our digital footprint. You will own the strategy and production of key landing pages that drive business impact and help elevate our brand. A successful candidate will have a portfolio of work and be prepared to talk through their projects in detail. Reporting to the Brand Design Manager, this full-time role is based in Mendoza, with the option of working remotely. 

YOU WILL

    • Uplevel our brand communication by creating highly engaging content on MLPs/email marketing templates.
    • Provide the flexibility to execute custom modules and deploy marketing/brand content effectively on the platform front-end by leveraging our digital design system framework.
    • Champion clean code and mobile-first solutions that drive measurable improvements to SEO.
    • Partner closely with Product Growth and Engineering teams to improve content management systems which support marketing initiatives.
    • Partner with Product to bridge visual gaps between Product and Marketing. 

THE SKILLSET

    • Strong english skills
    • HTML/CSS
    • JavaScript

    • Familiar w/ JavaScript Frameworks
    • Familiar w/ Front End Frameworks 
    • Responsive/Mobile Design
    • Email marketing template buildout
    • Testing/Debugging of JS scripts - Familiarity with Developer Tools
    • Knows the importance of brand
    • Able to confidently and clearly present work 
    • Can think strategically with a focus on business impact
