As a Senior NetSuite Administrator you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its seamless integration with our business processes and other core systems. As a key member of the Business Systems Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and ongoing support of NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of our organization, with a particular focus on compliance and reporting requirements.

What you'll do:

    • Lead the configuration and customization of NetSuite to align with business requirements.
    • Implement best practices for optimizing system performance and efficiency.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or system issues.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
    • Manage and enhance integrations between NetSuite and other third-party applications.
    • Work closely with developers to implement custom scripts or workflows when necessary.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
    • Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    • Develop and execute compliance reporting mechanisms to meet regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
    • Collaborate with users to understand reporting requirements and deliver solution

What you'll bring:

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
    • In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and functionalities.
    • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements.
    • Experience with SuiteScript or other scripting languages is a plus.
    • Familiarity with compliance regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
