Everbridge is seeking an experienced Territory Manager (Inside Sales) and their mission is to sell the full suite of Everbridge critical communications products into State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) accounts.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced hunter/closer with a demonstrated track record of achievement selling in a full cycle, high volume closing role.
What you'll do
- This is a full selling role that will include prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing new sales.
- The individual will focus on developing domain knowledge of products, competitors, and target buyers in the SLED area.
- Candidates will primarily be responsible for selling on the phone and web.
What you'll bring:
- You have 2+ years of closing experience in software sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Organizational Behavior, Security, Facilities Management, or HR.
- Experience with prospecting and engagement tools
- 1-year experience conducting presentations using video conferencing technology
- Strong hunting, prospecting, and cold-calling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills including PowerPoint.
- Must have a verifiable history of meeting or exceeding targets
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $60,000 - $70,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
