The Financial Planning and Analysis Intern will work closely with the finance team to support various financial planning and analysis tasks. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
What you'll do:
- Automate and standardize monthly business review deck, FvA deck, close deck, headcount reconciliation in Adaptive, T/E reporting, sales efficiency metrics reporting, and other financial analysis tasks.
- Support the financial planning and analysis team with various financial analysis tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct data analysis and identify trends and insights to support business decision-making.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
What you'll bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, data science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong data background in Power BI, Tableau, reporting design, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of Adaptive Planning is a plus.
