Everbridge is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing client relationships for our cutting-edge SAAS products. As an integral part of our team, the ideal candidate will excel in communication, prospecting, and collaboration to achieve exceptional results.

What You'll Do:

    • Identify and target potential customers within critical communication and incident management.
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand unique needs and challenges.
    • Implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Conduct compelling online or face-to-face product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Everbridge's SAAS products.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing Everbridge clients.
    • Swiftly address and resolve client concerns or complaints.
    • Skillfully handle objections, collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies specific to Everbridge solutions.
    • Work closely with Everbridge sales team and cross-functional departments to achieve sales targets.
    • Share feedback and insights to enhance sales strategies and overall team performance.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Everbridge's CRM tools.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress toward targets.
