Everbridge is a rapidly growing global business that is expanding its business in new markets both domestically and internationally.  Everbridge’s Revenue Operations team is a collaborative, results-driven, cross functional global team that is focused on partnering with our top-notch Sales, Account Management and Go-To-Market teams to enable, enhance and improve every facet of their execution and productivity – ranging from strategic planning, sales, services, and marketing analytics, sales process and selling methodology, performance reporting, administration of CRM systems, budgeting, as well as new hire on-boarding and the ongoing sales training, education, and development of our existing sales team.

What the role is:
We are currently in search of a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and scalability of Everbridge’s Account Management organization and renewals business. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and the operational foundation of the Renewals business, facilitating continuous growth and scaling. You will engage with executives, VPs, renewal leaders, finance partners, customer success, and other sales operations functions to establish efficient processes, systems, and operational infrastructure. Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives such as renewals forecast process, annual planning, MBRs, and other projects aimed at enhancing our Renewals organization. The role would be focused on 5 main areas:

2)    Policies & Processes
3)    Data Management
4)    Analytics, Reporting & KPIs
5)    Operational Support & Enablement

What You'll Do:

    • Act as the primary admin for all tools/applications our Account Management team uses today to manage our renewal transactions, opportunities, subscriptions, and contracts including elements of Salesforce.com.
    • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Revenue Operations ops teams to assess and streamline renewals related processes and policies across the business to promote: a) adoption / ease of use, b) scalability, and c) data integrity
    • Troubleshoot renewals related process errors/data issues and implement resolutions across business systems
    • Oversee all aspects of the renewals program, from inception to data analysis, program performance reviews, change management, and impact assessment.
    • Administer and manage internal renewals related processes include but not be limited to: renewals opportunity creation, renewals data validation, renewals forecasting, renewals order management, renewals quoting and discounting, renewals consolidation, downgrade and churn processing, etc.
    • Develop renewals related MBR analytics packages and reports for Leadership Team
    • Develop and maintain renewals related dashboards and reports in SFDC and Tableau
    • Serve as the go to person for renewals related one-off reports and help requests
    • Work closely with Revenue Ops, Finance, and others to enact and maintain a master data management strategy to ensure the integrity of our GTM database
    • Act as a primary support resource across GTM teams for all renewals related help requests related to tools, process, and analytics.
    • Work with Sales Enablement to develop renewals related training content for new hire onboarding programs
    • Maintain reporting and business cadence to proactively inspect and manage Everbridge efforts to meet critical KPIs in terms of renewals, churn rates, ARR and NRR
    • Take the lead in key projects to drive operational efficiency across the business

What You'll Bring:

    • 5+ years’ experience in sales, business, or field operations
    • Strong business, financial and sales acumen
    • Prior experience in a technology company
    • Experience interfacing with business and technical teams, an enabler and facilitator with highly effective communication skills, able to manage expectations and influence all levels of the organization, from front line sales to executive management teams.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
    • Demonstrated experience of driving global frameworks with the ability to balance local nuanced needs, prioritizing pragmatism, and commerciality.
    • Highly organized and driven by success, achievement, and recognition
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, strong learning agility and persuasive confidence
    • High energy level and a “can do” attitude
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills with proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus If:

    • Knowledge of Salesforce.com application 
    • Knowledge of Tableau & a deep understanding and experience of MS Excel.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint a plus
    • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
