As a Technical Account Manager (Solutions Engineer), you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) software.

Our flagship product, Control Center, revolutionizes security operations by seamlessly integrating data from various security technologies and hardware, such as CCTV surveillance, intruder detection, access control systems, and video walls. By providing real-time situation awareness, Control Center empowers law enforcement agencies, secures urban environments, protects critical infrastructure, and ensures the safety of global commerce.

What you'll do;

    • Contribute to large-scale, resilient hardware and virtualized infrastructure projects, leveraging a blend of project management expertise and technical proficiency. 
    • Lead software integration efforts, configure servers, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems. 
    • Develop comprehensive designs for complex multi-site data center infrastructure and virtualized environments. 
    • Document infrastructure changes meticulously, including physical and logical diagrams, engineering design plans, implementation strategies, transition plans, test plans, and failover procedures. 

What you'll bring;

    • Robust engineering experience with core platforms and services, encompassing VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, DNS, DFS, DHCP, Active Directory, SCCM, and fundamental data center networking and storage concepts. 
    • Proficiency in SQL Server and SQL scripting. 
    • Proven experience developing and implementing hardware and software solutions for data center and virtual infrastructure technologies. 
    • Expertise in Data Center Automation, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), API management, and scripting languages like; PowerShell, Python, JSON, and Bash. 
    • Understanding of networking principles, Internet Protocol (IP), database architectures, Client-Server applications, Virtual Machine (VM) environments, and Microsoft Clustering. 
    • Understanding of Business Continuity or Emergency Management Practices. 
    • Experience in the physical security (Control Centers) industry 
    • Experience with hyper-converged architectures (e.g. Cisco HyperFlex, Nutanix). 
    • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressive experience  
    • Secret Clearance required 

Bonus if:

    • Familiarity with Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) and similar technologies. 
    • Exposure to Virtualized Desktop Infrastructure (e.g., Citrix ZenDesktop, VMware Horizon). 
    • Background in on-premises storage engineering and administration (NetApp, Dell/EMC, Pure Storage). 
    • Design and deployment experience with Collaboration Platforms (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint) and SQL Database Infrastructure (Microsoft SQL Server). 
    • Expertise in engineering and implementing data center and campus area networks and security stacks. 
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $106,000 to 150,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
