We are looking for a highly organized Revenue Operations Specialist to support our rapidly growing global GTM team. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of the team, leveraging their analytical skills and creativity to assist in developing compelling sales collateral, performing research, reviewing sales dashboards, and identifying key trends as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is the first role of its kind here at EverC, which offers a unique opportunity to build the function from the ground up and make a huge impact.  

What will you do?

    • Provide sales operation administrative support to the Sales team – Salesforce.com reporting, customer renewals, customer usage analysis, sales commission reporting and managing inbound lead flow.  
    • Manage the sales to customer success handover process and weekly deal desk meetings.  
    • Adhoc Salesforce.com reporting to support weekly and monthly executive teams.
    • Establish and manage the administrative efficiencies and find ways to improve GTM processes to enable execution against our goals
    • Assist with planning, organizing and executing GTM events such as clients
    • Be the right hand to the CRO, attend various meetings, take notes and identify follow-ups
    • Cultivate and manage cross-functional relationships across global teams

What do you need to succeed?

    • 3+ years of experience providing team or shared sales operations support
    • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and change direction quickly
    • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong communicator and creative problem solver
    • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Office 365 (particularly PowerPoint), Adobe Suite and Salesforce
    • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility
    • Self-starter mentality with the ability to learn autonomously and on the go
    • Excellent communication skills for cross functional collaboration - strong communicator and creative problem solver
    • Prior startup experience is a big plus
