Our professional challenge:

For our headquarter in Milan, we are looking for a Shopper Support Specialist who will support our Shoppers Fleet during the grocery and grant successful delivery to our customers. The candidate will join our Shopper Support team, focusing on the Italian market.

Please note:
This is a fixed-term job opportunity for Categorie Protette under Law 68/99; it could become a permanent position in case of good performance.
This position requires a full time availability (40 hours per week) organized with work shifts (turni).

What you will do:

    • You will give timely and high professional assistance to our Shoppers by real time chat, supporting them for any kind of issue they could experience during the grocery;
    • You will handle last minute and challenging orders in order to grant the delivery and customer satisfaction;
    • You will take care of daily back office activities;
    • You will share your suggestions to improve our internal processes and flows.

What you bring:

    • You got a Bachelor Degree in humanities or communications;
    • You developed previous experiences in customer facing roles (up to 1 year), preferably as Customer Care Specialist in B2B or B2C companies;
    • You are proficient with Office (specifically, Excel);
    • You are available to work on shifts, even during weekends and sometimes on holidays;
    • You are mothertongue or fluent in Italian and your English knowledge is upper intermediate (B2) or even better.
