Our rapidly growing and diverse international team (20 nationalities and counting) has offices located in Italy (with headquarters in Milan & Verona), Czech RepublicFrance and Poland. We will soon launch our business in Germany and Romania and we have many remote job opportunities in other countries as well.

Our professional challenge:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join and lead our rapidly growing Marketing Team in France. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer International and working closely with the CMO, you will develop our French marketing strategy for communicating our vision and winning the hearts and minds of our amazing customers. You will be responsible for managing the marketing mix (across channels from TV, out-of-home, in-store, partnerships and digital) and ensuring we pursue intelligent growth to reach, acquire and deeply engage our customers.
This is a fixed-term contract job opportunity (1 year). It will become a permanent contract in case of good performance.

What you will do:

    • You will be driven by understanding our customers in France, utilising audience prioritisation frameworks to communicate our value propositions to different audiences and becoming a key voice of the customer to the business;
    • You will develop our strategy for customer growth for France and will measure success by ensuring we reach our target audience, dive deep product engagement and satisfaction and track all activities against ROAS;
    • You will lead and coach our small but mighty French marketing team, as well as continue to work on how the team grows in the future to deliver on plan;
    • You will work closely with the global marketing team, such as the Brand and Creative, Performance and CRM teams, in order to drive leverage and consistency, and our Business Development teams to activate co-branding opportunities;
    • You will work with local media agencies and partners to ensure that we are unlocking additional channels that can make the difference in France.

What you bring:

    • You have 6 years of proven experience in building consumer and B2B marketing strategies, ideally within the tech industry or a marketplace;
    • You are a strong team leader who can help coach others across both the immediate and wider team;
    • You are creative and are able to ensure that the messaging and content is highly relevant to France due to an ongoing desire to deeply understand our customers;
    • You are a strategic thinker and are able to assess the wider market dynamics and build an appropriate strategy to help us win;
    • You are commercially driven and are able to connect your work into the wider company strategy and business objectives;
    • You speak French and English fluently.
