You will help design, build, and manage a secure Salesforce platform to scale with the company and support the Commercial Organization (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, & Delivery) to reduce the time to value. You will be tasked to enhance and manage our Salesforce platform with attention to detail and security in mind. You will leverage your strong Salesforce programming and development experience , creativity and communication abilities to partner with business and technical teams to provide support and ongoing updates to Salesforce. You will help promote the culture of a fast moving company following an agile framework.

What You'll Do:

    • Partner closely with platform owners, stakeholders, IT, Commercial Sales & Account Management, Customer Service, Operation Support teams, and external consultants to understand business needs and provide CRM, Service and Sales solutions 
    • Participate in cross functional teams that address strategic business issues ● Develop customized solutions within Salesforce and CPQ to support business requirements and company goals 
    • Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users and stakeholders 
    • Liaise with business stakeholders on an ongoing basis 
    • Provide system administration/customization support of Salesforce related to customized applications including Apex, Visualforce, lightning components, Salesforce and CPQ user permissions, security settings, workflow/flows, CPQ product and price rules and approvals 
    • Responsible for helping to lead internal system integrations with Salesforce such as Tableau, NetSuite, & Spree

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering or 3+ years of professional experience 
    • Must have experience with Salesforce CPQ implementations 
    • Experience with APEX, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce Admin, CPQ, DocuSign
    • One or more Salesforce Developer Certifications 
    • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is preferred 
    • Programming experience is a plus

$126,000 - $140,000 a year
The actual annual salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus.
