ABOUT EVERY MOTHER
Hi, we’re Every Mother. We’re a research-backed women’s health company. Our mission is to make core and pelvic floor health more accessible to women everywhere. We currently offer a subscription product with access to holistic core and pelvic floor exercise therapy for mothers, on their terms.

Our product has been clinically proven to resolve a common health issue, diastasis recti, and has been studied by leading health institutions such as the Hospital for Special Surgery and Weill Cornell Medicine. THE ROLE
This part-time role will be the supportive voice of Every Mother to prospective and current members. This includes providing timely and accurate responses to questions both real-time and through email. The role will also help to shape new and future offerings through interaction with members. This role exists to ensure that we offer the highest level of service to our customer base with accurate, efficient, and constructive communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries through real time messaging and email. Complete daily administrative tasks such as issuing refunds and other housekeeping items related to member accounts. Speak to and build rapport with current members. Complete occasional special projects.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE MEANS
You have accurately and efficiently served both prospective and current members through effective and timely communication. You have helped to ensure that daily procedures are complete and functional. You are always listening for and helping to translate the voice of the customer to the Every Mother team to help provide a customer-centric experience. You are a source of inspiration and motivation for members. 

QUALIFICATIONS

    • High attention to detail
    • Adept at thinking outside of the box and creative problem-solving
    • Strong time management
    • Thrive in an independent working environment but willing to ask for help when needed
    • Compassionate personality
    • Computer with internet access
    • Working knowledge of Google applications (i.e. Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail)
    • 2+ years in a customer service-orientated role
    • Previous experience working in a start-up environment is preferred but not required
