We’re searching for a Digital Content Manager to charge up our messaging, and help spread the word about EV charging and EVgo! Responsibilities include creating meaningful, actionable content for our website, email and social media campaigns, marketing promotions, and other business materials as well as implementing a brand voice that resonates with our consumers. Position works in conjunction with our digital marketing and technology teams to optimize targeting and segmentation, test and evaluate effectiveness, and manage the overall content calendar. Responsibilities:

    • Create informational and engaging content for website, email, and social media
    • Develop promotional campaigns aligned with specific business objectives
    • Compile compelling video content for use on social media channels
    • Develop written content for various marketing materials
    • Perform analysis on content effectiveness and adjust future efforts based on results
    • Develop the existing brand voice and ensure consistency across all materials
    • Manage content calendar and release schedules
    • Support the marketing department with various project work, research, and reporting
    • Assist in creating and updating marketing materials
    • Conduct ongoing competitive analyses to ensure the uniqueness and relevance of EVgo’s messaging

Required Skills/Experience

    • 3+ years of relevant corporate or agency digital marketing experience including creating & managing content
    • Professional experience creating industry-relevant content (automotive, renewables, or related industry)  
    • Solid portfolio demonstrating superior writing skills including emails, blogs, social media, and website content as well as hard-copy marketing materials
    • Experience creating and executing successful promotional campaigns
    • Basic HTML/coding skills
    • Video editing capabilities
    • Expertise with content management systems including Wordpress
    • Expertise with Adobe Photoshop and Premier (or other video editing software)
    • Deep social media experience including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
    • A solid understanding of marketing principles and communication tactics
    • Experience with Meltwater or other social media management and engagement tool
    • Ability to understand and use metrics to track performance of all campaigns
