We’re using online machine learning to grow revenues, conversion rates, and other KPIs for some of the world’s top enterprises by as much as 40%, and we’re just getting started. In Korea, we work with several of the top retailers and are poised to expand rapidly.
We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to help customers utilize Evolv's platform and get the most value from it.
Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer, you will implement and/or help our customers implement ideas for improving the user experience into the Evolv platform (Ascend). You will provide support to our Korean customers, and proactively identify as well as react to any significant customer problems, shepherding them to a solution.
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the top companies in Korea and other regions, helping them to achieve their user experience performance goals.
Manage experiment implementations using Ascend and/or assist clients in managing their Ascend experiments.
Strong experience developing using front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery)
Act as the technical and solutions lead for current and prospective clients
Work with the account executive team to understand customer business goals and identify use cases for Ascend to help them reach their business goals
Lead the Ascend technical integration with our customers
Help manage proof of concept trials end-to-end
Communicate the value of the solution to business leaders
Gather requirements and formalize experiment plans
Build custom report presentations highlighting results and revenue impact
Create and perform custom Ascend demonstrations
Qualities we value
BS in CS / closely related field, or professional industry experience in a related role (2+ years preferred)
A deep curiosity and drive to deliver great user experiences
Business-level and technical English required
Ability to communicate effectively with people of varying technical levels
Strong experience developing using front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery)
Ability to communicate the Ascend product and value with C-level executives, business users, marketing users, and technical teams
Ability to create and perform custom demonstrations of Ascend, when necessary
Statistics or UX backgrounds are a plus
Knowledge of React, Angular, Vue and other single-page application frameworks a plus
Native mobile app development or full stack development is a huge plus
Familiarity with Web Analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
Conversion rate optimization knowledge a huge plus
Candidates must be based in Seoul, Korea and authorized to work in Korea. We are not looking for remote developers at this time.
